The US Senate vote on ANWR (A no vote allowed oil drilling in the alaskan wilderness because the amendment being voted on would have removed the provision allowing drilling from the budget bill), Senators Burns (R-MT), Allard (R-CO), Enzi (R-WY) and Thomas (R-WY) voted to drill as did Senators Mary Landrieu (D-LA), Akaka (D-HI), and Inouye (D-HI).
